Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund scope, request information, and payment-provider handling for OEMVPN subscriptions. Submit requests and check their progress through account tickets, and keep your order records.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The request window starts when the first payment is completed, as verified against the ticket submission record. You do not need to troubleshoot first or explain why you no longer wish to use the service. Details about your connection may help clarify an issue, but are not required to submit a request.
Please identify the order to be reviewed when submitting a request. Include the relevant order details for monthly subscriptions and data packages; eligibility cannot be determined from the plan name alone. Renewals, upgrades, and other later payments are reviewed against their specific orders through a ticket. Each payment is not treated as a new first payment.
Eligible Situations and Review Scope
You may request a refund within the window above if your needs change, you find the client difficult to use, or the connection experience does not meet your expectations. Importing a subscription or trying a route does not, by itself, make a request ineligible for a no-questions-asked refund.
Orders outside the request window are not covered by the commitment above. For duplicate requests, orders already refunded, or requests that cannot be matched to an account payment record, the transaction status must first be checked to prevent duplicate refunds or payment to the wrong recipient.
For accounts involving unusual traffic, disputed excess usage, or violations of the terms of service, the relevant usage records and terms must be reviewed, with the decision explained in the ticket. This page sets no separate data-usage deduction threshold and does not reduce the refund commitment based on unpublished usage limits. Account-use disputes and refund eligibility should be addressed separately.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the account used for payment, open the ticket page, and state that you want to request a refund. Include the relevant plan and order.
- Provide the order number, payment method, payment completion time, and amount paid. If the account order status differs from the payment record, you may add proof of payment with unrelated details obscured.
- Check for a reply in the original ticket and provide any additional information needed to match the transaction. Review existing messages before submitting again to keep the relevant details together.
Never provide your account password, subscription link, wallet private key, or seed phrase. Keep only the details needed to identify the transaction in any proof of payment. If you cannot sign in, first read the account guidance on the support page. A refund should not be sent to another account until account ownership has been verified.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
OEMVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds should be processed through the original payment route whenever possible. Whether this is possible depends on the original transaction status and the payment provider's capabilities. If the original route is unavailable, the reason and next steps should be explained and confirmed in a ticket. You should not be asked to make another payment to receive a refund.
Alipay and WeChat Pay orders must be matched to the original transaction record; check the relevant payment service for the arrival status. USDT transfers follow a different refund process. The return address, network, and amount must be reviewed and confirmed in a ticket before processing, rather than applying the process used for other payment methods.
If network fees, exchange rates, or settlement differences apply, they must be explained before processing. Unannounced deductions cannot replace the commitment to a full refund. Do not send assets or sensitive credentials to an address that has not been confirmed through a ticket.
Refund Progress and Confirmation
Ticket acceptance, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate steps. Arrival time depends on the payment provider, transaction status, and any required on-chain confirmations; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Keep updates and verifiable results in the original ticket.
If you receive confirmation that a refund has been initiated but the funds have not arrived, add the latest transaction status to the original ticket so it can be checked against the relevant records. Once the refund is complete, the order benefits and subscription status will be adjusted according to the result. Please check your account information as well.
Read this policy together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Disputes about specific orders are assessed using verifiable payment records, request times, and ticket updates. A page update will not retroactively reduce a refund commitment already made.
